It’s a huge day for LeBron James’ family. The Los Angeles Lakers great not only witnessed Bronny James’s debut in the USC basketball program, but he also had a significant moment for Bryce James. His younger son had made the decision to return to Sierra Canyon to resume his high school football career. This amped up LeBron and even gave the burgeoning star a new nickname.
LeBron James wants Bryce James to be known as ‘The Aꜱꜱɑꜱꜱin’ in the future. After returning to one of the top basketball programs in the country, the Lakers star may be onto something. Bryce was put on the bench, yet he still delivered like a dangerous hitman.
In only 15 minutes of action against Moorpark, he went bananas, scoring six points and dishing out three assists to demonstrate his offensive prowess. His two steals and one block completed his all-around effort in his debut. Sierra Canyon would suffer their first defeat following his debut at the hands of Desert Mountain.
They would, however, go on another rampage and win three games in a row. The Lakers icon would be proud of his son’s team’s ability to recover from setbacks. Bryce has a long road ahead of him. However, his athleticism and tough mentality show how dangerous he could become.
Lakers fans have just seen Bronny James make his USC debut. It may only be a blink of an eye until we discover Bryce is already playing collegiate basketball.
