LeBron James Lists Colonial-Style Mansion in Los Angeles for $20.5 Million, Willing to Accept Slight Loss.
NBA legend LeBron James has put his impressive Brentwood property on the market, with an asking price of $20.5 million. The 9,440-square-foot mansion, which he purchased in 2015 for $20,986,500, boasts six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Located in the affluent Rockingham Rim neighborhood, the gated property offers modern amenities and has been tastefully updated. It holds historical significance as it sits on the same street where O.J. Simpson resided during the infamous Nicole Brown Simpson and Ron Goldman murders.
The backyard features a captivating in-ground pool with stunning panoramic views, creating a resort-like ambiance. Inside, the residence showcases a spacious master bathroom with a terrace and two walk-in wardrobes. It also includes multiple family spaces, a media room, a nursery, a fitness center, and a mudroom. A library with built-in shelving and wood paneling adds an elegant touch.
LeBron James recently acquired a Mediterranean-style Beverly Hills estate for $36.75 million, while still retaining ownership of his $23 million Brentwood property purchased in 2017. With his contract extension in December, signing a two-year, $85 million deal with the Los Angeles Lakers, James is willing to accept a slight loss on the sale of his colonial-style mansion.
