“nikola jokic ejected, and the PISTONS announcers say “these fans didn’t come here tonight to witness curtis blair, tre maddox, or andy nagy – whatever they are” embarrassing display by the league’s officials,” tweeted @fastbreakbreak.

“In this game, Michael Malone and Nikola Jokic were both disqualified… Unreal. “These refs’ disrespect for Jokic is sickening,” remarked @JeremyNicolls.

From @murray_center27 on Twitter: “I mean I can’t lie it genuinely seems like the NBA referees have a vendetta against Nikola Jokic.”

“Jokic was ejected for something Draymond Green does 20 times a game,” @DeanScorpion_ added.

Jokic was ejected with just over a minute remaining in the second quarter. He had already received a technical foul, thus the second one automatically prevented him from playing the rest of the Pistons game. Nikola Jokic had nine points on 4-for-8 shooting from the field, five rebounds, five assists, and a block in 15 minutes of action before leaving the court.
