Lakers player Anthony Davis has recently purchased an opulent mansion in Bel Air, commanding an astonishing price of $31 million

Following the signing of a lucrative $190 million contract extension with the Lakers spanning the next four seasons, Anthony Davis has opted to reinvest a substantial portion of his earnings in a new residence in the Los Angeles area. The astonishing purchase was made in the guard-gated neighborhood of Bel Air Crest, nestled between Bel Air and the San Fernando Valley. This acquisition was initially reported by The Real Deal.

During the late 1980s and early 1990s, more than 200 residences were constructed in the neighborhood known as Bel Air Crest. The vast majority of these homes are luxurious mansions designed in the Mediterranean style, featuring private driveway gates. Notable residents of Bel Air Crest include celebrity chefs like Gordon Ramsay and Kathy Griffin, as well as well-known figures such as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, who resided there while their mega-mansion in Hidden Hills was being constructed.

According to publicly available documents, Davis acquired his new home for precisely $31 million and secured a mortgage for the amount of $20.1 million. The property was never listed for sale on the market. The mansion in question is the largest and most extravagant in the entire neighborhood. It boasts a living space of over 20,000 square feet and is situated on a spanning 3.5 acres, offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.
