Luka Doni of the Dallas Mavericks was previously rewarded with a signature edition of the Air Jordan 36, but he now has his own performance sneaker in the form of the Jordan Luka 1.
This will be a watershed moment for the Slovenian sensation, as Jordan designers have studied his playing style and incorporated key characteristics into the extremely technical kicks. The midsole has an IsoPlate system layered with Formula 23 performance foam for enhanced cushioning, while breathable Flightwire cable is used across the uppers for extra support.
While the trainers are loaded with cutting-edge technology, they also have a sporty and aerodynamic appearance, with vintage Jordan Jumpman logo lending a touch of nostalgia.
While no official release date has been given, the kicks are expected to hit select shops in the coming months, so stay tuned for more information as it becomes available. While you’re here, check out the Nike Air Force 1 Mid “Panda”!
